Specs at Plaza Las Americas and Montehiedra has a fairly limited selection. Also, at Bang On in Old San Juan (Calle Cruz 255), they have a limited selection of Band shirts that they make to order. Hot Topic and Spencers (which you already mentioned) are your best bets locally.
Unfortunately, for truly original stuff, you’re going to have to go online and order from the states.
There’s a Store in Plaza las Americas…
Old San Juan has Hard Rock Cafe and Senor Frogs where you can maybe log on and try.San Patricio plaza has a few stores such as Dream Team on the main level by Bed, Bath and Beyond, Metro comics that specializes in memorabilia that is on the main floor by ATT shop. Plaza Las Americas has Suncoast Movies where they sell also posters, all types of concerts of rock bands on dvd and even figurines this is on the first level by Sears, Babbages, Spec’s Music and Music Zone usualy carry these items also.I hope this helped you out a bit.
