I believe you can go into the game options. If not, select the band is if you were going to play, then choose those options. Search for Game or Band Data. There should be a delete band option.
if nothing in the options menus work, you can go to the xmb menu and go to the saved data thing where your game data is saved. look for your Rock Band band and delete it.
Go to the options and edit band and delete it!!!
